1. Customized
Dobrzanska Couture House offers a service to produce custom-made garments both fabric and knitwear, and accessories.
Custom-made garments and accessories can be made based on samples in our showroom and web page or produced according to client vision.
Please take extra caution while wearing knitted garments. Rough surface fabric friction with other fabrics can affect the structure of the knit. Take care when carrying bags, wearing scarves, bracelets, earrings, or any other accessories with sharp details.

Returns on custom-made garments and accessories are not possible.
A 50% deposit is required with the order. By paying the deposit you give consent to us to purchase fabrics, yearns and other components, and to start work in our Atelje. The balance outstanding on your order is to be paid on or before collection. Bank transfers must be received on our account before the order is collected or shipped. We will issue invoice for such payments and receive bank transfers (bank details below).
2. Online
Online purchases available for:
Scarves – existing designs and size displayed on web page;
Knitted dresses at colours and sizes displayed on web page;
Knitted coats (with/without customization) at colours and sizes displayed on web page.
Delivery costs
The cost of your order does not include a delivery service. We will be happy to send goods under your instructions and add the shipping cost to the price of the order. We will not be responsible for the cost of any customs, duty, or other importation fees, or other formalities in the country where you live. We will take your instructions to effect insurance in your name for the shipping of the order, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays loss or damage to goods in transit.
Delivery times and order tracking
We ship with DHL and TNT worldwide.
Estimated delivery times are 1-5 business days for shipments within the EU and 2-5 business days for shipments outside of the EU. We will send you tracking number of your order.
Returns
Although we hope this is not the case, if you are unhappy with the product for any reason, you have up to 15 calendar days to notify us of the return and we will pay for return shipping. To request a return, please send a message to info@dobrzanska.eu. We don’t issue returns on custom- made garments and accessories.
To help us improve our products and services, please explain your reasons for the return via e-mail. Please ship the product back to us within the next 15 days. As soon as we receive the goods, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days.
